It is important to ensure Productivity Plus payments are sent to the below address and not Citibank. Beginning October 1st, 2023, all payments received at the Citibank address will be returned uncashed to the sender and no longer forwarded. If this occurs, it will cause payment posting delays and may result in additional fees and costs to your account. All Productivity Plus payments should be mailed to the following address:
